Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at cjm.support@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

We may ask for photos or video of the item and packaging to help us process your request.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may depend on the reason for the return.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before shipping anything back so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

For returns requested due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us first. Once the original return is approved, you may place a new order for the item or color you would prefer.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
